The Mission of our company is to leverage brokerage team staff’s time so they can focus more on growth and retention activities.

Robin Haynes has over 22 years of experience in Real Estate. She has led multiple businesses throughout her career and coaches leaders across the country.
Sarah Horstman

COO
Sara Horstman has an Accounting Degree with a Real Estate license. She has over 6 years experience in leading a Top Office while starting multiple businesses.
Nick Haynes

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Nick Haynes has experience as a Realtor, Investor, and has worked with REtransX for over 5 years. He personally audits 5 offices and has facilitated onboarding over 50 offices.

Marie is a Regional Supervisor with over 5 years of experience at REtransX and more as a transaction coordinator. She supervises our eastern region consisting of 18 offices.

REGIONAL SUPERVISOR
Jamie is a Regional Supervisor with over 2 years of experience. She supervises our Southern Region consisting of 5 offices!

REGIONAL SUPERVISOR
Grace is a Regional Supervisor with over 3 years of experience. She supervises our western region consisting of 18 offices.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANCE SUPERVISOR
Allison has been with REtransX for 2 years. She has specialized in supporting our leaders with their bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and more. She has experience in both Accounting Services and Compliance Auditing.
